Summary of Essential Job Duties: Provides support for the administration of policies related to complaints of protected class discrimination and harassment, and related retaliation. Conduct investigations of complaints and provides a detailed, unbiased report regarding the findings of the investigation.Educational Requirements: Typically a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent experience.
